Jimmy took the Roads to Success class with DOC and was in the very first cohort of clients at Warner Creek for WorkSource services. He was able to start on the work crew with Klamath Works in the spring of 2023, right after getting back to Klamath Falls. He did an excellent job working on the crew and quickly became a crew leader. As a crew leader, he is able to help others reentering the community as well. He is now a Klamath Works employee and a stellar worker. He is balancing work, family life, and parenting well and creating a relationship with his children. He is bringing his daughter to Klamath Falls for a visit, and this will be his first time meeting her at 9 years old. He now has a relationship with all of his children. Jimmy is successful in so many areas and has done a wonderful job building a life after reentry.
