The following are emails from businesses engaged with WorkSource Oregon, celebrating their successes in accessing resources and support:

“The time and work that has gone into finding qualified teachers for Tiny Hopefuls has been greatly appreciated. Kim Laugsand was very good about staying in contact with me while working on recruiting applicants. I also appreciated the help and patience I was given while putting together the post for each available position. Tiny Hopefuls will continue to use WorkSource Klamath to help find current and future staff.” – Kathy Badorek – Director, Tiny Hopefuls

“Going through WorkSource has once again saved us hours. It is a blessing to have them weed through all the applications and do the first round of interviews. We only received qualified applicants. It is so nice. I am a bit concerned at how the resumes/applications are not flowing in as quickly as once were. I do not know where all the workers are going. It is now taking over a month to find a qualified individual. Thank you.” – Ann Malfavon – Executive Director, Klamath Housing Authority

“We have been very busy working with the crew that you helped us put together. We would have an extremely difficult time hiring the number of people that we do without your hard work and dedication. We ended up hiring 12 of the people that you invited to our hiring event! Once again you went above and beyond putting qualified people in front of us. You make hiring my crew so much easier than it would be otherwise. The phone calls, emails, and time that you spend, are an incredible asset to me in my search for employees. I am not even sure how I would start the process without your services. Again thank you so much for your help, I look forward to working with you again next year!” – Mathieu Zander – Owner, Acme Pest Control, LLC
