WorkSource Oregon (WSO) is the foundation of Oregon’s public workforce system and is predominately funded through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. WSO is a statewide partnership of state agencies, nonprofits, and community colleges working together to prepare jobseekers for careers and serving employers’ talent needs. In addition to investing in WSO, EC Works oversees and evaluates the quality of service delivery in our centers with an eye to continuous improvement.

In the East Cascades region, all of the partners listed below make their services available through our WorkSource Centers:

Whether you live in Western, Central, or Eastern Oregon, the Oregon Employment Department’s mobile WorkSource Oregon centers make it easier to connect with career support, technology, and WorkSource staff who can help you take the next step in your job search. Services include free computer and internet access, personalized career support, help finding job and training opportunities, and referrals to benefits programs.

If you are a Veteran, you’ll receive priority access to WorkSource Oregon services. This support includes referrals to additional programs and services to help you achieve your employment goals.
