This opportunity is for employers within our 10 counties who are looking for resources to support training for their current workforce. EC Works funds applications, until funds are depleted, that present an opportunity for employers to build and maintain a quality workforce while creating new employment opportunities.

As of April 15, 2024, EC Works has excitedly depleted funding for this employee advancement opportunity. In this program year, EC Works funded eight applications that supported training for 49 employees within the East Cascades region.

This fund is replenished on a rolling basis and will be posted as grant allocations allow, so please visit this page regularly for details.
